Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Below you will find the steps to return the product:

  1. Contact us via the Contact page. We will send you a return form.
  2. Send the products together with the completed return form to the address provided on the form. Please make sure your parcel has a Track and Trace code.
  3. Pack the product carefully and send it to the address you received from us. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  4. We will refund your purchase amount to your provided bank account within 14 days of receiving your return.

Please note: The returns policy only applies to products returned in their original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, we will not be able to accept the return and will not refund the purchase price.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to allow you to try the product, we may charge you a reduction in the value of the product. Therefore, please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Note: Return costs are borne by the sender, so please make sure you send your return via registered mail with a Track & Trace code to avoid any confusion over a missed return. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
